Change your Ordiko plan (upgrade or downgrade)

TL;DR. Account → Billing → Plan. Upgrades are immediate with prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at next cycle and may require reducing usage first.

Upgrade

Upgrades are instant:

1. Account → Billing → Plan.
2. Click Change plan on the higher tier.
3. Review the prorated charge.
4. Confirm.

The new plan's features unlock immediately. The prorated charge is processed against your saved payment method.

Example: Starter → Growth mid-month.

• Days remaining: 18.
• Daily rate difference: ($49 - $19) / 30 = $1.00.
• Prorated charge: 18 × $1.00 = $18.00.
• Charged immediately. Next renewal: full $49.

Downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle:

1. Account → Billing → Plan.
2. Click Change plan on the lower tier.
3. Review what features will become unavailable.
4. If you have more stores, team members, or other usage than the lower plan allows, the dashboard prompts you to reduce first.
5. Confirm.

The current plan continues until the cycle ends, then the new plan takes effect.
