Plan fees
- Monthly billing: charged on the same date each month. Auto-renews.
- Annual billing: charged once per year on the anniversary. 15% discount applied.
You can switch between monthly and annual at any time. Switching to annual prorates the remaining monthly period as credit.
Prorations
Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the price difference for the remaining billing period.
Example: you're on Starter ($19/mo) and upgrade to Growth ($49/mo) 10 days into the month.
- Days remaining: 20.
- Daily rate difference: ($49 - $19) / 30 = $1.00.
- Prorated charge: 20 Ă— $1.00 = $20.00.
- This $20.00 is charged immediately.
- Next billing cycle: full $49.
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You don't get a partial refund on the current cycle.
Tax
Ordiko handles tax automatically based on your billing address:
- US: sales tax where applicable per state nexus rules.
- : VAT charged unless you provide a valid VAT ID (reverse-charge applies for B2B).
