Our commitment
Ordiko is committed to making our marketing site, merchant dashboard, and tenant storefronts accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA published by the W3C.
Conformance status
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conformant means that some content does not yet fully meet the standard. We track outstanding issues internally and address them on a continuous basis.
How we test
- Automated testing with @axe-core/playwright on every pull request — the marketing site and a representative storefront are scanned end-to-end, and any new WCAG 2.2 AA violation blocks merge.
- Manual keyboard-only walk-throughs of every primary task (browse, add to cart, checkout, account management).
- Screen-reader spot-checks with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android), and NVDA (Windows).
- Colour-contrast spot-checks against the WCAG 2.2 1.4.3 / 1.4.11 thresholds using browser dev-tools.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, some areas may still present barriers. Where we are aware of issues, we are working on a fix. Specifically:
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g. partner widgets) is outside our direct control. We choose vendors with accessibility commitments where possible.
- User-uploaded images in storefronts may lack descriptive alt text; our authoring tools encourage but do not yet require it.
